Food Production Technologist

Due to the Company’s rapid growth, a competitive application is now open for a Shift Food Production Technologist (day/night shifts). Primary responsibility: Working with the team to develop and launch new products on production lines.

Main responsibilities:

• Organizing the production process.
• Preparing and maintaining process documentation.
• Training staff in production processes.
• Calculating standards, analyzing raw material consumption and time costs.
• Monitoring compliance with recipes.
• Conducting activities to prevent and eliminate defects
• Processing incoming raw materials, preparing processing reports
• Monitoring compliance with production processes;
• Improving production processes;
• Participating in the development of new products;
• Monitoring the shelf life and conditions of finished and semi-finished products;
• Analyzing and identifying non-compliance in production processes (raw material placement, increasing or decreasing losses);
• Monitoring the correct operation of process equipment; Preparing production for audits;
• Monitoring employee compliance with sanitary standards and personal hygiene rules.

Terms of employment:

• Competitive salary up to 130,000 rubles to 140,000 rubles before taxes (depending on qualifications and discussed individually during the interview)
