Key Account Manager

Due to the active growth in the Company, a vacancy has been opened on a competitive basis for the position of Key Account Manager / Distributor (CBI and confectionery).

Responsibilities:

• Search and work with local networks/distributors (Russia and Neighboring countries);

• Sales management, sales channel development;

• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with distributors in assigned territories, searching for new partners, and training distributors’ staff;

• Monitoring the implementation of sales plans;

• Building long-term partnerships with current and new distributors;

• Competitor activity analysis;

• Business trips, exhibitions.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a sales manager/distributor manager (preferably/as an advantage, in the field of sales of CBI, confectionery and pizza);

• Higher education;

• Successful sales development experience in the assigned area of responsibility;

• Ability to work in conditions of multitasking and tight deadlines;

• Baking experience as an advantage;

• Attentiveness, high degree of responsibility and organization;

• A confident PC user (Excel, Word, 1C);

• Determination, working for results;

• Successful direct sales experience.

Conditions:

• Work schedule 5/2, from 9.00 to 18.00 (or from 8.00 to 17.00), comfortable office in A Class A Business Center;

• Registration in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;

• The salary is white, paid 2 times a month, consists of a fixed salary of 170,000 rubles per hand + a bonus on CRI;

• The place of work is located next to the Technopark metro station (without leaving the metro, on the street);

• VMI extended with dentistry after 4 months from the date of employment;

• The trial period is 3 months;
