Due to the Company’s rapid growth, a vacancy for the position of Production Director (confectionery and bakery products) is open through a competitive process. Primary Responsibility: Organizing and overseeing the full range of food production operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organizing, managing, overseeing, and being responsible for the smooth fulfillment of production orders on time, in the required quantities, with the required product range, and of the proper quality.
- Launching new lines and product lines, integrating technological innovations, and opening up new niches for the Company.
- Analyzing performance and production processes, identifying causes of product quality declines, and taking steps to address them.
- Ensuring technically correct operation of equipment.
- Reducing costs and increasing efficiency: developing production, systematizing and optimizing production processes, and monitoring expenses. HR management: organizational structure optimization, recruitment/placement/firing, organization and monitoring of employee work, and their training/motivation; work with the administrative and management personnel of production: development and motivation.
- Ensuring a smooth production cycle: from the receipt of raw materials to the release of finished products – always on time, in the required quantities, and with guaranteed quality.
- Prompt resolution of non-standard situations.
- Establishing and maintaining accurate records of production output, expiration dates, warehouse balances, and warehouse movement.

- Positive experience managing a production team of 200+ people for at least 6 years in a food production position as a director/production manager (primarily in baked goods/confectionery);
- Experience in the rational organization of the production process and the development of a process line in a facility consisting of several workshops and sections.
- Experience in food production technologies.
- Understanding of the importance of document management, accounting, and reporting.
- Ability to interact with other departments and divisions of the company, as well as contractors.
- Ability to work with large volumes of information and the ability to make decisions under high responsibility.
- Results-oriented.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Strong management skills and leadership qualities.
- Ability to multitask and handle large volumes of information.
- A quick mindset, systematic approach, and quick decision-making.
