Shift Foreman (Food Production)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Managing a production team, ensuring all production tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Monitoring compliance with technological processes and quality standards at all stages of production.
• Organizing the team’s work, assigning tasks and responsibilities among employees.
• Ensuring occupational safety and compliance with all industrial sanitation standards and regulations.
• Coordinating with other company departments to coordinate production processes.
• Analyzing and improving production processes, implementing new methods and technologies.

What we expect from you:

• Management experience in food production, with at least one year of knowledge of food production technologies and quality standards preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and make prompt decisions.
• Responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
• Higher or secondary specialized education in the food industry is an advantage.
